Timeline of Events
Registration Period:
December 23, 2009 - March 9, 2010
Submit the following:
- Intent to Participate Forms
- Delegate Credentials
- $100 deposit per student

Initial Conference Submission Date:
March 10, 2010
The following items are due:
- Lt. Governor Nomination Forms
- Delegation Roster
- Hotel Reservation Form
- All Legislative bills due online
(submission system will become inactive on March 11,2010)
* No submission required for Treasurers or Junior Legislators
Pre-Legislative Session @ NJ State House:
March 21, 2010
Location: Trenton, NJ
12:00 to 4:00pm
Registration will begin at 10:30am. The following items are due:
- Remaining Balance of Program Fees
- Outline of Case Brief (Courts)
- Client Research Memo (Lobbyists)
Bills wills be available for editing as of March 22, 2010
Final Program Submission Date:
April 2, 2010
All final paperwork is due:
- Updated Delegation Roster
- Updated Hotel Reservation Form
- Legislative Bills are due online
Bill submission will become inactive on April 3, 2010 - Client Bill Research (Lobbyists)
- Judicial Briefs (Courts)
- Bill Statements and Budgets (Treasurer)
- Junior Legislator Assignments (Jr. Legislator)
